"We had an excellent stay at this hotel. The hotel is extremely well located right in the center of Bern close to the train station so transportation was easy. We had excellent service from Vera at the front desk. She was extremely friendly and went out of her way to tell us everything we needed to know right down to how to swim in the river safely. There are many special touches to the hotel lobby, including a great gathering space and even a free welcome drink. Loved our stay."

"The hotel is in a great location to walk along the river and up to the castle. There are lots of restaurants and shops in the area and an amazing cocktail bar across the street called Atelier. The staff was extremely nice and helpful. "

The hotel is impeccable. The Swiss much like the Germans and the Austrians should be deployed to Latin America, Asia, and the Caribbean to really show people how to get the job done.
