Overall a great stay but I think the A/C should be controlled in the room to go below 20 degrees Celsius. Also the front desk staff were great but they need to communicate what tram stop to get off at rather than just the direction of the tram. Would stay here again! Food was great too!

Lovely, clean and friendly hotel. Tram right outside to get you to the centre in 10 minutes. If you have a room facing the tram stop, can be noisy at night and did disturb my sleep.

I was very pleased with the hotel itself. It was clean. It had everything that we needed. We had breakfast in the morning and we were treated incredibly well by the host Elizabeth and we got also to meet the chef Roman absolutely wonderful people. I will definitely recommend this to all my family and friends and I will be back next year.
