"The fact you cannot pay cash is very disappointing. We were on the 16th floor and we went down to buy pop and water, had cash but left cards in room, we get there and no cash only card, not good. Also went for breakfast and sat on the right, to be told we can’t sit there as it’s now shut 9.35am, the section on the left was very busy and there was no clean table there that’s why went and sat in the right hand section. Dissatisfied "

"Property was clean and tidy. Staff were all friendly. Only 2 minor things to point out. 1 bedside lamp in the room was covered in strange brown stains. And the shower could use an extra grab rail as for those with slight mobility issues could slip on the wet floor as the nearest rail is more than arms reach when stepping out of the shower. Breakfast was lovely, and much better than other local hotel alternatives. Would stay again. "

Another staff member came across from concierge to attend to me whilst the three receptionists stared blankly at their computers! Clearly only one could be bothered! "Stayed as a couple with friends. Room was immaculate, modern and stylish. Spotlessly clean, lovely bathroom with a quality shower. Parking nearby and only £14.40 for 24 hours with the hotel discount Friend said, and I quote, “this is the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in for a city break’"

"I was not sure about this hotel given the reviews but I was very happy with my stay. Maybe there has been a lot of improvements from past reviews? We had an executive room, we were just passing through but the room was great, bathroom clean if basic but a massive room and a massive tv which we never got to use. Not sure what else you could want for the price. We didn’t do breakfast but the lobby and food area looked really good. Car park and exterior doesn’t do it justice but happy we chose it...
