"The room we were put in at first wasn't the room we had booked. Upon immediately complaining to reception we were allocated a different room that was indeed an upgrade from what we had booked. The rest of the stay was very good with good food in the restaurant and a very good swimming pool."

"The room was cosy and the staff made two swans and put petals around the bed. So kind and it was lovely the spa. I have used the gym and spa many times as a member until I moved. First time staying though and loved it we did."
