Lovely pool and the sun hits it beautifully but no bar directly attached to it. I think if there was a bar selling alcohol with some lite music customers would use the pool area much more. "The hotel is central to a lot of really great Portuguese restaurants and is even across the street from an underground mall. The cafe attached served traditional breakfast and was clean and the food was fresh. The staff was helpful and the property was well maintained. My only complaint is that once the tram started running the building would shake."

"From the time we arrived until we left the staff could not have been any more helpful or accommodating. The rooms were always clean and also quiet for a city hotel. The location is great, easy to get to the airport and not far from the old town and nearby access to public transport options. Pool/spa area is quite small and gets busy but facilities good. If you want to stay in a traditional hotel this might not be for you! It is ultra modern and even futuristic but we loved it."
