"Great proximity to everything. Very nice staff!"

"I was very disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The room was much smaller than expected, making it uncomfortable for a longer stay. In addition, the housekeeping service was below standard. The staff seemed to focus only on cleaning the bathroom, while the rest of the room was often left untouched and not properly cleaned. Overall, the room size and poor housekeeping significantly affected my experience, and I do not feel that the hotel met the standards I expected."

"Great location"

"Nothing dirty"

"The hotel has an excellent location, spacious rooms, friendly staff, and fast elevators. Housekeeping was also good. However, the rooms are outdated, the furniture and bathrooms need renovation, the carpet had an unpleasant smell, and the lighting was poor. There was also some minor noise. Considering the high price, the overall experience was disappointing. I definitely wouldn’t stay here again."

"PLEASE. PLEASE AVOID!! I was suckered in by the nice lobby. Got to my room it was a nightmare. Thermostat in the room didnt work. set at 60 but still very hot, internet extemely slow so unable to work, furniture extremely cheap and dirty, floors caked with filth, weird odor. more like a cheap hostel than a comfortable hotel. do not recommend. I left after being in the room 10 minutes but because reservation can only be managed online so desk staff cant help with cancelling booking. Now...

"We didn’t appreciate the hidden costs of destination charges, and taxes we were under the impression we have paid for the room and taxes through Expedia and then we got charged more for destination charges. Also on the transportation we were charged freeway toll $50 which was also hidden."

"The hotel is in a great location, right across from MOMA and within walking distance to other mid-town attractions. The room was a generous size with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. I would stay there again!"
