"A beautiful hotel, centrally located, close to rail, tram and bus links. Polite and helpful staff at check-in. Comfortable, spacious and quiet room. Madeleine Bar is a plush, relaxed space with exceptional service."

"The building works currently taking place in the hotel destroyed the experience as was woken up in the early hours of the morning to banging and drilling. No advance warning was given to guests which I thought was incredibly frustrating."

Staff were friendly and helpful but not necessarily properly trained."
