"Room 209 was not in a great condition (damage on floors, doors, walls, rusty fridge etc...) like a 2-3*. AC stopped working and we were moved to the 4th floor which was in a far better condition. The pool was closed for a full day, which wasn't great and no food or drink was available. The neighbouring hotel had more amenities and was only a 3*. Overall it felt like an ok 2* hotel, 3* at a push, but definitely not a 4* compared to other 4* hotels I've experienced. Location is out the way, but...

"7 min easy driving to the Avignon city center. Provided plenty of parking spot. The property is clean, luminous with relaxed atmosphere. Receptionist was very friendly. The room was crispy clean, nice bedding. AC worked really well. Only minus point was a room layout. We stayed in Classic room with 2 twin beds.
