"Staff at the reception were friendly and helpful. I had breakfast in the restaurant and I was greeted warmly. The restaurant staff were so attentive to our needs. They kept checking if our coffees need refilling. They don't stop moving around, cleaning tables. Such hardworking staff. "

"We had hoped for a room with a bathtub and a pretty view and that is exactly what we had, and more!! Everyone was so helpful at the front desk: they helped us get a cab to the airport the next day, they held our luggage while we ate breakfast, they were so friendly in very real ways. Wonderful!!"

"Super central in Reading... Clean, well-equipped. Lovely little pool and sauna area with pool/gym towels - all free for guests - great to keep the little ones occupied on a rainy day. Parking at the hotel's car park itself is costly at £19/night but they can validate some local multi-story car parks within 7-8 mins walk so not paying more than £7-8. Can also use the hotel car park to drop off luggage but it does take a little while to make your way in. "

"For almost every part of this property it was exceptionally. Sadly the staff (at least the reception staff) failed badly. When we arrived we were questioned if we book the room via Expedia, I said yes and almost instantly the room we booked, a king, was just not available. I told here that it was unfortunate being that I had booked the room months in advance and I needed to involve management. Almost as fast the room I booked became available. This one act failed the facility but wait there’s...
