"Position to town very good an easy walk in.
Didn't use facilities as only used for 1 night to visit a friend.
Would stay again due to location also parking 24hrs £10 was a diffinate deciding factor for us.
Only negative pillows were extremely firm"
"We stayed here as a base for Goodwood Revival, with the event being around an hour away.
Upon arrival, the hotel is covered in scaffolding as there are ongoing building works. We didn’t experience any disruption from it over the weekend but it’s useful to note.
The staff member assisting us with check-in wasn’t very helpful - we asked about parking and how to pay for that and he kept saying about a machine but it was broken and to sort it tomorrow. We’d arrived in the dark, tired after a 5 hour...
"The main problem with our stay was the standard of the cooked breakfast. We had to wait quite a time as there wasn’t enough cooked food available and what did come was poorly cooked. Fried eggs in particular. Staff weren’t too interested when asked."
"Amazing grounds, lots of different areas to it.
Staff very helpful. It was lovely to see young people being so professional during the wedding celebration.
Bathroom a bit rundown in need of maintenance.

"The hotel was a very convenient place to stay. The room was comfortable and clean and the members of staff were very helpful. My only criticism is that the toiletries in the bathroom were really poor quality and were insufficient for two people - a minor niggle perhaps, but annoying when you travel light and rely on what is provided."
"Our flight from Heathrow was canceled and we spent all night at the airport until the next morning. I was able to book a room at Malmaison Reading for the next night. We made it there around 8:00 am. They prioritized getting a room turned around for us so we could have a very early check in. They brought us complementary coffee and croissants while we waited. This was first class guest service and was such a welcome relief after a bad service experience at the airport."
"This was our 3rd stay at the Aviator. Once again it was great! Everything was as we expected. Our room was lovely but it was for guests with disabilities, we are not disabled and so we assumed the hotel was fully booked, although we had booked months ago. We did try to get an upgrade, that was not possible. Drinks were delicious as was the food. One little negative was the breakfast scrambled eggs, not sure if they were eggs the texture was not quite right… On our previous visits we had massages...
"This is a very peaceful and comfortable space. It is relatively “low-tech”, I.e you open the doors with keys rather than a card. It is one of my favourite places to stay. The staff are friendly, the restaurant is quality and the grounds are beautiful. I highly recommend"
