"Very dated property. Arrived on Sunday 11/1 placed in room 223. Had no hot water called the desk daily and was told someone would fix this. Finally received warmish water on Wednesday evening. DO NOT recommend this property"

"Too expensive for what you get. Very disappointing for a Hilton chain resort. Property needed a lot of maintenance."

"We had a wonderful stay at Sugar Bay Barbados, and one of the biggest reasons was the people. The staff truly made the experience special. Kai, Akiel, Kay, Destiny, and Devon were absolutely amazing. They made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. Everyone was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and personable. "Our stay at Hotel Le Roy in Barbados was unfortunately disappointing. While the hotel has potential, several issues with the room, including missing amenities, maintenance concerns and housekeeping standards, affected our overall experience. We raised these concerns with management, who eventually arranged a room change, but we felt more could have been done to address the problems promptly. "We had a wonderful stay at The Crane Resort in St Philip, Barbados. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming and attentive throughout our visit, making us feel right at home. Our suite was beautiful, spacious and comfortable, with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The resort itself is stunning, with lovely surroundings and a fantastic atmosphere. A truly enjoyable experience, and somewhere we would happily return to!"

"Very quite and relaxing. Just what I needed."

"The staff and hotel facilities continues to blow my mind . My second time staying here I highly recommend"

"Room was always clean and ready for me when I got back from my long days out. Friendly and courteous staff was always there to assist and breakfast was 8/10"

"Great staff. Clean rooms. The ability to utilize other resorts provided variety."

"Not a good place to stay"

"I was impressed from the moment I walked into the suite. Even better than the pictures. We had ground floor unit, and it was lovely to be able to walk straight out to the garden pathways and pools s from the patio door. Very spacious. Incredibly helpful staff, food was yummy. Sonia in particular was wonderful in trying to make our stay as comfortable as possible. I would return for sure"

"Was amazing will visit again if im ever in barbados"
