"Overall, great staff! Upon arrival we had to wait a bit for someone to show up to the front desk. It seemed like there was only one gentleman working, and he was downstairs at the restaurant. Once he came up though, he was very friendly. Our room was clean with beautiful decor, but a couple lightbulbs were burnt out. The bathroom door, a pocket door, was literally one foot away from the side of the bed. Luckily, my husband and I have been together long enough to lose all sense of privacy when...

"Check in went well, staff very friendly. Room was nice and clean. Beds not very comfortable (just ok), pillows way too soft. Restaurants just ok. Service s good, food was average. "

"Loved location, terrain, in general everything….didn’t like that the tv & phone were not working in room (had to call guest services who called maintenance) the problem was not plugged in had to move dresser…the windows were dirty outside & called for water & was forgotten had to call again…and lastly double charged."

"I enjoyed my stay. The only thing is I requested a longer shower curtain but the housekeeper did not understand me or just didn't do it. She gave us the towels and mat. Other than that it was quiet and peaceful and clean."

"The hotel room is always fabulous. Everything was clean. The only problem is the pillows smooshed down to a quarter of an inch. You need better pillows we were charged for $10 parking fee and the parking lot is probably well needed to have a repayment job it would’ve been nice to know that the facility charged $10 to park the car there."
