"Nice stay . Good hospitality "

"irresponsible behavior. Over booking the hotel. No rooms available for our reservation."

"The hotel itself is clean and really looks nice. Staff was tough communication-wise. (Restaurant couldn't put things on our room, for example.) Rooms are nice and big. Pool had no water in it. Wifi access was constantly a problem. It looks nicer than it really was in terms of stay."
