"Our room had a beautiful view to watch the sunsets and sunrises over the mountains,,,,while sitting in comfortable chairs and enjoying drinks and a snack....wonderful knowledgeable staff to make your stay everything you desire...it is located perfect for your day hike in the white mountains....great restaurants if you arrive when theirs is not open....and shopping outlets too within close proximity....a must stay when in New Hampshire you will not be disappointed...."

"It was only after we arrived at the property we were told that the pool and our jacuzzi were both out of order. We wouldn’t have stayed there had we known before hand. We even ran out of hot water when taking showers at night. It seemed old and in need of many updates and the worst part is the general manager was not helpful at all. I wanted a full refund for showing up to a non functional hotel but the general manager only offered a coupon for a free weekend. It was the WORST experience...

"We were upgraded to the Breton Arms property, which is much nicer than the Lodge. Still way behind the Omni Mount Washington Resort. Dining is very difficult. Reservations need to be made waaay in advance. And there isn’t anywhere else to eat. We had to buy a pizza 30 miles away and take it back to our room, so we could eat at a normal time. "
