"Property shares a church and is a former hospital. Great location in the old town. Great courtyard in the hotel itself. Have a white port tonic from the bar and sit there for a few minutes."

"We stayed for a night off-season whilst doing the Camino Portuguese. The hotel seems to be mid-upgrade: the room had clearly had a thorough refit with box-new towels. Other parts of the hotel looked a bit more dated, but it was clean and tidy. One thing we were surprised to see was a 4-lane 10-pin bowling alley - a fun diversion for our evening."
