"Ok I think the hotel is short staff! We went to the pool and no attendance to give us towels! Another couple said no one was at the bar to give them a drink! "

"The property is fully renovated and in great condition. Location is excellent since it is right downtown. Public parking is covered and right next to the hotel. Breakfast buffet was quite good, except the coffee (Nespresso), but I am quite picky about my coffee."

"Hotel is centrally located, and staff were helpful and kind. The mattress was visibly old, with one side being lower than the other. There was no fridge or minibar in the room (it was unplugged), but they refrigerated my meds for me. Great location for exploring Braga! Several nearby restaurants and sites of interest. "

Other parts of the hotel looked a bit more dated, but it was clean and tidy. One thing we were surprised to see was a 4-lane 10-pin bowling alley - a fun diversion for our evening."
