"Very nice room on the first floor - spacious, clean and comfortable. The blackout curtains were really good and the room was very quiet. Nice fluffy towels. My only gripe is having to pay £5 a night to park - having already paid for the hotel I object to having to pay extra to park."

"Really pleased we found this hotel, which is situated near the station and town centre. Each staff member we spoke to was friendly and helpful. Room was a good size for a short stay, clean and tidy. Good bathroom and comfortable bed. Good choices for breakfast which was served in our room and was very good - we both had omelettes, toast, muesli, coffee and fruit juice.
This hotel would be our first choice the next time we go to Peterborough."

We had a wedding with so needed an early check-in and late return.
Both were accommodated for.
Room was clean, fresh. Continental breakfast was included in price. We also paid extra for cooked b/fast. Very nice freshly cooked, hot, good quality products. Nothing was too much trouble. We would definitely recommend the Star Inn and stay there again. Or even go for a nice meal. Give it a go ! "
