"The room was semi clean. I think the carpet needs some serious cleaning, like a rug doctor cleaning. The bathroom had hair in the rub and the on the toilet. There's no microwave on the premises at all. I can't even warm up my food. That's crazy for a hotel."

"Meh. Smells moldy and is expensive"

"Staff are excellent. Beautiful grounds with lush greenery and fountains."

"Very nice beach adjacent property"

"The room we had was very clean and comfortable. The only Con about the room we had is that it is connected with another room so you can hear everything from that room. Overall we loved the stay and can’t wait to go back!!"

"The setting was beautiful, very old-time Floridian. Courtney, the receptionist, and later our server for breakfast, was courteous and accommodating. The included breakfast was delicious. We had actually forgotten a personal item and I contacted the inn for assistance. Dean was able to ship it back to us quickly. I highly recommend this B&B and plan to stay there again as my husband I need to make a trip to Melbourne annually."
