Rooms are clean and have all the essentials. The area is very central. It certainly appeals to an older demographic. If you're fine with that, this is a wonderful experience. "Enjoyable stay at what is perhaps best described as a fantastic restaurant with rooms. The restaurant overlooks the water and both dinner and breakfast were excellent. However our room was landside, with only a view of Irsha Street. Although small, the room and facilities were excellent. Fresh milk in the fridge is always much appreciated by us tea drinkers."

"Wow! We liked everything about our stay. The directions were spot on (not always easy in the UK) and the on -site parking was an added bonus. The location is walking distance to The Valley of Rocks in Exmoor National Park, and to the super cute “Old Town” area of Lynton. Our room was spacious and stocked with everything we needed to feel like we were in a deluxe hotel. My husband was especially impressed by the complimentary cake. Superb breakfast, which is made to order with many options....

"The suite was amazing!!! It was incredibly clean, spacious and had excellent amenities (ie. full kitchen and laundry). The host was available immediately to help with our late check-in. The location was also fantastic, as it was across the street to the beach and walkable to many restaurants, bars and cafes. Highly recommend"
