Prices in the restaurant were more expensive than other local eating places, but the food was good. The pool and pool area were fantastic, with plenty of loungers. We had a budget AC room. The only minor squiggles where the fact the pool was out of action for one of our two main days we were there which was disappointing, noisy building work going on right by the pool area when you’re trying to relax and the fact they charge high prices without really providing the expected service to match. "Absolutely appalling experience! The hotel prioritized an event, booking every room except ours. The event overtook the pool area with blaring music and screaming girls for over 5 hours, making it unusable. To make matters worse, we discovered uncleaned feces behind the toilet in our room and rats scurrying around the main pool area. Despite our complaints to the staff, the noise was unbearable, even on the top floor, drowning out the TV. We were forced to leave the resort and spend hours...

"This place is so disappointing, dirty and disgusting. Both the hotel and surrounding area are unfinished and unfit for paying guests at this time. The pool wasn’t ready, the sun beds hadn’t arrived from China, the lifts were broken so we had to trek through the building site to use the filthy dirty service elevator with the dirty washing and building materials that were being moved around. This place simply should not be open at this time. I am In the process of claiming back a full refund....

"The pool and the grounds of the hotel are nice but that’s about it. The rooms are very outdated and the inside feels more like a cheap motel. The staff are not helpful and very difficult to communicate with. The location is basically in the middle of a construction site. You can definitely find a better place for the money. "

"If you're looking for a stay that isn't your typical hotel room style, this is the place. Because the room is its own separate building, you get to have the freedom to make as much noise as you like without worrying about the neighbors complaints. And it's uniquely designed - pretty awesome looking. I booked my stay after the New Year and so the resort was completely quiet and serene. Perhaps also because it's a more secluded resort, away from the party area. Staff were great, and food was delicious. No complaints here. I would definitely stay here again. "
