"We stayed for two nights with a baby and were unfortunately disappointed with our experience. On the first night, the heating system was not functioning, the blinds were broken (limiting the view), and the windows were noticeably dirty. Maintenance attended twice in the evening but was unable to resolve the heating issue. Although we were provided with a portable heater, the room remained uncomfortable and we did not get a restful sleep. We also requested a room change, but none was available at...

"Harbourfront location of hotel was perfect fo us. A bit further away from the downtown and other hotels but the view and convenience of the harbour and boardwalk was amazing. Rooms are large and modern. Restaurant meals were delicious and staff were very courteous and amazingly friendly. Would DEFINITELY choose this hotel again, and highly recommend it! "

"It was our first time in Victoria. We love this hotel, it’s central in downtown. Great attractions and restaurants around in walking distance. The hotel is clean and the staffs are nice. There’s a Starbucks just right next to the lobby, which is awesome for coffee lovers. We will definitely come back!!"
