We could not wake up to get breakfast and they called at 11 stating we must leave otherwise pay extra. We explained the whole situation. Anyway we left at 1110. "Property is a little bit older but they are making upgrades. Rooms and bathrooms were clean and comfortable. Our bathroom had been upgraded and had lots of room…wasn’t your typical tiny European bathroom! Breakfast in the morning was amazing. Would stay here again."

"The unique thing about this property is the property manager(s). Ensured that my stay was excellent. The location is perfect for Novara (train station is 1 min walking distance, downtown is 10 mins walking distance and major grocery store is 10 mins walking distance). There are ample restaurants, shops and Italian character within a stone's through. I higly recommend this B&B/Hotel for the traveler in Novara."
