"Hands down, the best hotel experience we’ve had, including stays at boutique design hotels. Second Nature understands the actual needs of travelers and has built a bespoke and accommodating stay that meets you where you’re at. What stood out to us most was a 2 PM check in AND check out, so you actually get a full day, and breakfast that’s flexible to late sleepers — literally unheard of anywhere else. Every amenity was thought of, and everyone on staff was so kind and helpful. The rooms and...

"The staff was friendly and helpful. We had to wait 2 hours past check in time for our room to be ready. The shower tiles were falling off around the drain spout and the bathroom was a bit dirty. The beds were comfortable and the breakfast was absolutely amazing."

"Pleasant staff at reception , nice bar and chill vibe"

"Stayed for one night and could not fault it. In particular, the staff were attentive and extremely pleasant. We had dinner in the restaurant and the food was lovely with great service and it was reasonably priced. The hotel is city centre so a very good location but you will get a view of the street. Our room was a good size and very clean and overall hotel was clean and very nice."

"Haslem Hotel was very helpful leading up to my trip - responsive to calls and emails. The night of check in, they were there when I arrived late (around 10p) and we're extremely kind. The apartment i rented was EXTREMELY spacious. The downside for me was the cleanliness was not the level I expected from reviews. The bathroom had lost of lime buildup and mildew on the shower, there was a bloodstain on my pillow and dried up ... hot chocolate? I hope? on the rug by the bed, and when I noticed a...

"Loved the proximity to the Titanic Museum. The hotel was like a museum itself! Lovely stay, and the concierge team was so helpful!"

"Lovely understanding staff. Great location."

"The hotel was clean and comfortable! The staff was helpful and very kind. My only complaint was really about breakfast and the availability of fresh coffee! We stayed about a week and ate breakfast in the hotel almost every morning. The buffet never changed!! So it was pretty tiring after a few days of eating the same thing over and over. Also, you couldn’t get coffee before 7a (when breakfast started) so if you were an early riser or had an early tour - no coffee for you!"

"Staff members were nice and friendly. Location is great and close to the main touristc areas"

"Hotel staff were lovely and helpful, we had a lovely meal in the river room which was turkey and ham so delicious. Breakfast was great and plenty of choice. Our room was excellent a standard twin with two big double beds, the room was super clean. The fridge was great to keep drinks cool. The staff work so hard and are a credit to the hotel. Really enjoyed our stay. The reception was a lovely smell when you arrive. The only thing which was disappointing was the horrendous smell in the ladies...

"Booked this Hotel last minute as there weren't to many other options, was pleasantly surprised how nice it was. The breakfast manager was great, we were well looked after.."

"Lovely hotel, room in general was great, only issue was temperature. Really hot and no way off cooling on radiator or any control panel."
