"Great stay loved the history of the hotel and location . Great Guinness as well ."

"Second time staying here with my partner and daughter, booked a family room and James on reception very kindly allowed us the spacious quadruple room with the curved windows as it was available at the time. Really appreciated all the staff, so smiley, friendly and accommodating. This time we ate at the hotel's restaurant'Taylor and Clay' exceptional food, best steak I've ever tasted! We will be returning. Thanks"

"Had an plumbing issue with our first room which was promptly resolved. Lovely hotel"

"The hotel was clean and comfortable! The staff was helpful and very kind. My only complaint was really about breakfast and the availability of fresh coffee! We stayed about a week and ate breakfast in the hotel almost every morning. The buffet never changed!! So it was pretty tiring after a few days of eating the same thing over and over. Also, you couldn’t get coffee before 7a (when breakfast started) so if you were an early riser or had an early tour - no coffee for you!"

"We were not there long but had an enjoyable experience"

"Brilliant stay with my mum and daughter we have booked again for November pool was a number one hit by my daughter too"
