"We enjoyed our stay here. The room was clean, there was a kettle and a mini fridge. Beds were comfortable. It was close for the things we needed. Walking distance to some restaurants. We always saw staff cleaning. The pool was great. Didn't realize I needed a swim cap but they have them available for sale at the pool desk. We didn't use the on-site bar or restaurant. The restaurant has a nice sun room that looked like a great place to enjoy some down time.
We did have noise from the room next...
"The hotel was ok. The parking was totally inadequate - we were lucky to get the last space and there were cars parked everywhere outside the spaces. When we left the next morning, there were still no spaces. The room was clean, if a bit dated. The bathroom was tiny - you had to close the door to get to the shower. Breakfast was good. Would not really recommend if you are driving."
"We had high hopes for this hotel and were so excited for it. It is a beautiful place and we booked one night in the woodland sweet. Our phone was broken and in order to call the desk we had to use our cellphones and incur international charges. The food we ordered for breakfast was never delivered— and we had to call on our cellphone again for the lift back up to the main part of the resort. It’s coming to the end of the season for the woodland experience— and we were left feeling forgotten. ...
"Parking is onsight but shared with the leisure center, which is very busy. The room was on the other side of the property which was not convenient at all. I was asked about adding the breakfast to my room, which I did not; however, I was not informed about use of any amenities. Front desk not helpful or friendly upon arrival. The housekeeping staff were nice."
"Hotel is 5 mins walk from Parnel Street bus station and about 10 mins from train station, plus airport pickup and drop off is 5 mins walk too so excellent for transport links. Has a secure gated carpark if you drive but space is limited. Heading into town? again 5 mins walk gets you in the thick of it. Breakfast was champion, good selection of both hot and cold. Room was a twin, bed was comfy, pillows a bit hard for me, Hotel is clean and tidy, friendly staff, front rooms may be a bit noisy if...

Train station 10min walk 1 stop to Cork highly recommend using train to visit the city."
