"Citizen M is a tech savvy quirky hotel with a fabulous staff. We chose the breakfast option and the food choices were great. They also made wonderful lattes. Jann (not sure of the spelling) was so informative and helpful. The location is very convenient. The metro is right across the street. Tivoli garden entrance is right around the corner. "What a wonderful hotel and room! Very modern, quiets; clean. A bit of a walk to the main tourist areas but there was a bus nearby. The shopping mall next door has terrific sit down restaurants as well as quick eats. And a grocery store there as well. Would definitely recommend."

"The hotel overall is great. The breakfast is big and there are enough options that get well restocked. Staff is very friendly and helpful and the hotel is clean. Also there is no noise coming from other rooms which is quite nice Only thing missing in the room was a mini fridge so we could cool some drinks. The hotel is a little bit on the noisy side due to between a busy road and the train tracks which means if you sleep with windows open, you might wake up due to the sounds."
