"Beautiful property and amazing restaurant. Room was lovely and unique. Made many attempts to schedule a spa appointment, and neither on line or call in system seemed to work—but its a newer property and I’m sure that will get ironed out as they move forward. Amazing location in the Santa Ynez valley."

"Stayed at the Ballard Inn recently in the middle of May and it was magical. Its a really cute boutique hotel with age old charm and updated services. Their breakfast is included and its delicious. You literally get a house key and it feels like home. Walked the darling white picket fence quiet neighborhood and grabbed so me famous pastries at Bobs Well Bread across the street. Its a stone throw away from the cute boutiques, wine tasting rooms, and excellent dining, downtown Los Olivos. Will...

"I’m not sure why Fess Parker Wine Inn uses Expedia but I booked a room at Fess Parker Wine Inn through Expedia, I got a confirmation through Expedia and I called Fess Parker Wine Inn to confirm my reservation and they did not honor it. This reservation was for this Memorial weekend so I was in a panic and had to call other hotels to book a room. This experience was horrible."
