"Beautiful spot on the River Ness; well maintained hotel in an old victorian. Staff was helpful, breakfast buffet very convenient for early risers. Enjoyed our stay!"
"There were not instructions on how to operate the coffee maker or rather complicated electrical switches controlling the lights. The staff were able to show us how to operate the Nespresso machine and we eventually figured out the lights. The air conditioning system was also no very user friendly but we got it to work to our satisfaction."
"This is a true luxury spa hotel. Great location, great facilities, health club across the parking lot. I had a large room in the older part of the hotel and it was very comfortable. Breakfast was absolutely superb and the bed was very comfortable. This would be a great place for more than a one-night stay!"
"Very nice hotel, the parking is a little tight with only 22 spaces, breakfast can be improved it was cold and the porridge wasn't the best, staff were very helpful
The hotel is in a great location with the river Ness and castle infront of it"
"Several heads down staff were anything but helpful. Older woman at checkin was unhelpful and heads down most of the time .
Sad to see this historically friendly hotel now staffed by a number of very unimpressive people. Older women at dinner and younger professional woman at breakfast being the exception."
"This was by far our favorite stay in Scotland. The property is gorgeous, the staff is amazing, and the food was excellent! I was so sad to leave, it was the highlight of our trip."
"Check in requires an app which we were not made aware of booking via Expedia. If it were not for another guest letting us know I don’t know how we would have got in. Calls and messages to Mansley are still unanswered. Expedia and Mansley need to communicate better. Get the Mansley app before going! There is no help on site.
Nice apartment with great location."
"Er was slecht schoongemaakt. Kwaliteit van de accommodatie vind ik slecht. Schimmel randen in de douche en keuken. Oven die los staat en keukenblad die helemaal opgezwollen van het vocht. Vloer in keuken versleten. Voor de rest zag het er redelijk uit. Koelkast was verstopt in een kast waardoor je niet echt lekker de deur kon openen. De verhuur prijs vond ik veel te hoog voor wat je krijgt."
"We booked this stay as we planned to do some touring in the highlands. We are so grateful we did. Nairn is a wonderful small town with great people, without the bustle of Inverness. Our hosts were incredible and the property was truly 5 stars! The à la carte breakfast in the morning was a surprise and was delicious. An awesome start to the day! Room was massive and well appointed. Plenty of parking and close to several points of interest. Would absolutely return to see more of what Nairn has to...
