"It was very good! The Hotel is very nicely decorated and comfortable. Free parking is a great plus. The Deluxe Room was nothing special, the food was very underwhelming, the staff was ok but not welcoming and they couldn't accomodate to have the room set up with the "lovers (?)" package while we went for dinner. It was either at check-in or nothing. Which doesn't make sense. I was overcharged for bycicles, but after returning to point it out, it was quickly solved and i was refunded. Overall...

"Understaffed and overcrowded! Long wait at check in. We were on top floor and every time spend 5+ min waiting for lifts that were packed - had to miss few times. Only 2 slow lifts - one was used/blocked by service staff as well as the guests.
