Hotel is excellent, breakfast and dinner both had a great selection in a buffet style, staff were friendly and helpful in all departments, rooms are clean and have nice selection of pillows, very close to the lake, we’re looking forward to staying here again

Great experience! Hotel was super well located and the spa was amazing. I really enjoyed the restaurant and the food was good, the menu and breakfast was limited due to COVID-19, but I did not lack anything and was pleased with the selection.

The pitiful thing is was not able to change towels although i have used it for wellness. But also dinner was a buffet with all similar ingredients so if you stay more than 2nights you will see how much things are mutual from yesterday.

A/C not stable

A/c didn’t work throughout the night. Couldn’t sleep because it was so hot and humid. Told the front desk and he at first denied the problem saying he felt fine in the room (26 degrees although set to 20) and then told me there was nothing he could do about it. Had to plead with him to give mr a different room.

Wir können einen Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel nur empfehlen. Das Personal ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer sind sehr gemütlich eingerichtet. Der Wellnessbereich ist ansprechend gestaltet und bietet alles zum Relaxen. Das Buffet ist sehr vielfältig, da ist für jeden etwas dabei, lediglich die Brot bzw. Gebäckauswahl könnte etwas mehr sein.
