"The property is excellent and super comfortable for a family of six, great commodities, grocery stores close, clean. Great staff and kind front desk crew. Highly recommended!"

"Terrible experience, they changed my booking last minute during check-in mentioning polices that were not listed in the application, they gave a total different room, they did not offer any compensation, rate adjustment or even an apology."

"Tienen un personal excelente, que te harán pasar unas vacaciones de lujo"

"Lovely hideaway in Caleta. Beautifully renovated design hotel with the 50s vibe. Amazing tropical views. Great pool side restaurant. Convenient connection with Acapulco downtown. We had a great time starting the 2020 here :) The staff helped us to arrange a private driver/tour guide to show around Acapulco. Many thanks for having us and hope to be back :)"

"I love it, but it just needs a restaurant or a gastronomic service "
