"I had an amazing experience staying at this hotel during my vacation in Puerto Rico! The atmosphere was beautiful, and I truly enjoyed my stay. Everything made my trip even more special and memorable. I had such a wonderful time and would definitely love to come back. Highly recommend!"
"You know I went to check in for my reservation and asked to change rooms for a higher floor not knowing that the rooms with balconies are located on the 2nd floor. Needless to say the room was amazing and to add I let the woman at front desk know it was my wife's birthday and her team prepared balloons and a cake at 1am in the morning to make sure when my wife arrived at 2am she checked into the room with a warm welcome and her birthday being recognized. Tremendous experience!"

"All of the staff were wonderful, planned my proposal with the staff and it turned out amazing beach staff attendants were great with getting us set up at the beach supplying us with towels and everything we asked for. Had a great 4 days at this hotel!"
