"They really keep it too cold in the restaurants and common areas. Friendly staff. There is not a waiter at the pool and it was difficult to get a drink at the pool bar (understaffed). Odd that you’re not allowed to bring in your own beverages to the pool, yet trying to get a beverage at the pool is very difficult. Not a horrible experience; we had fun. It’s just there is need for improvements regarding the drink service at the hotel pool. "

"I would absolutely recommend staying here. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Bedding was soft, bathrooms were clean. Try the breakfast- you won't be disappointed. The property us gorgeous and close to the beach, food, and shopping. I would definitely stay again. They have secured parking for while on our cruise and they take us to the port and pick us up. We were at the port in plenty of time!"

"The house itself is good but the parking is ridiculous. This is a 2 story house and the rent the bottom floor and the top floor separately. You each have your own entrances to the house but both parties share the driveway. This caused issues because someone was always blocking the other renters car in. Your not allowed to park on the street so you just have to hope the other renters are willing to move their cars all the time so you can get out of the driveway "

"We arrived on Sunday and the hurricane hit and we lost power. Water came in the patio door and we had to use all the towels for clean up. Power went out and we had very little communication with the office. The windows were rusted shut and the temperature inside reached 90. "The building looked a little rough on the outside, especially in the front. Looks like repairs are being completed. But the room was very nice, modern, and clean. The swimming pool was outstanding. Grandkids had a great time. A negative was the sleeper bed. Kinda sparse on the padding. Not comfortable!"
