"This is a great hotel. The location is very convenient, being at the end of the Metro line from the airport and very close to the Gulbenkian Museum. Two other Metro lines are close so getting around the city was easy. The room was quiet and comfortable, and the breakfast, which was included, was wonderful. The desk clerks were very knowledgeable and helpful. "

"We recently celebrated a friend's birthday with a group of five ladies in Portugal, and we had an absolutely amazing time. Where do I even start when it comes to our stay at Hotel Mundial? From the moment we stepped into the reception until the day we checked out, the staff we interacted with were exceptional. The location of the hotel was fantastic. It was close to all the best restaurants, shops, and activities, making it the perfect spot to explore the city. Our room was spotless, and we were welcomed with a drink and a special pastry. For my friend’s birthday, the hotel went above and beyond. They left champagne, wine, and snacks in the room, which was such a thoughtful gesture. Though the hotel's beautiful rooftop restaurant was fully booked, we mentioned our disappointment to Anna, the guest relations manager. Somehow, she worked her magic and secured a table for us. We ended up having a phenomenal dinner with stunning views and first-class service. My friend, who is usually tough to impress, was beyond happy and couldn't stop raving about it. Anna, Iryna, and Rubin were incredible throughout our stay, as were William at the restaurant and the bartender (whose name I can’t remember, unfortunately). Their hospitality made our experience unforgettable. I highly recommend Hotel Mundial and will definitely return on my next trip to Portugal!"
