"When I said I had vip access , front desk had never heard of it neither did the duty manager. A little upset about that "

"Had a lovely overnight stay. Room was clean, modern and felt luxurious. Breakfast had a great selection and wasn't over crowded. If I had to pick fault (which i struggle to find) the air con in the room sounded like a freight train. Was easy enough to silence and luckily wasn't too hot a night. Overall would definitely stay again."

Tge receptionist was extremely customers focused, helpful friendly and accommodating. The room was amazing and spa just topped off everything making it more than a 5 Star accommodation in my eyes. "
