"Hotel needs spiffing"

"Clean room. Had the two queen bed room and wasn’t too small. Only needed a mini frig. Overall good experience"

"Great location and nice hotel, very helpful and friendly staff."

"Great Hotel, Amazing Views, but Some Nighttime Noise We had a wonderful stay at The Wade Hotel in Chicago! The location was excellent, the rooms were very clean and comfortable, and the views were absolutely beautiful, definitely one of the highlights of our stay. The only downside was a constant noise during the night. "It was a great stay and a great hotel. That night they had no water till 10 pm. Also when I came back from being out, couldn’t enter my room. Went to tell the front desk and he told me I was in a different room. Told him that wasn’t my room he told me to go to the new room to confirm. After doing that came back and told him that wasn’t out room. After he gave us back our room back."

"Very convenient location. Good service."

"For a downtown hotel on the mile, it wasn't a very friendly experience. Other than the luggage porters who were outstanding. Front desk and breakfast shop/bartenders treated service like an annoyance. Just meh."

"Easy check in and out. Clean pool."

"Excellent hotel"

"Great place! Staff was friendly and helpful. Get a room with a view - you can actually perch up there on the cushion and pillows provided..."

"Great hotel for a weekend, I wish the room could have security box in it and bigger trash can. The staff is friendly, restaurant and bar were good. I surely will reserve again."

"Elevator was slow but everything else was great!"

"very loud. at night = motorcycles outside all night. inside, drunk people screaming and pounding doors = was awakened two days in a row btw 330 and 5 am by loud guests. to their credit, the front desk called security. the smell of marijuana was not uncommon in the hallways. it was a good location for the event we were attending but this is second tier hotel w/ very well meaning staff."

"Breakfast was good"
