The glass doors would be much better if they were solid doors that provided more privacy and sound containment. "This was an excellent hotel, close to all the main sites. It is very walkable. We loved the decor. The only thing that was a bit difficult were the few steps from the entrance to the check-in counter and the stairs to the elevator which made it hard lifting heavy suitcases. But we would stay here again. Everyone was very helpful."

"A nice hotel which was conveniently located for the family. The room had two double beds which was a great size for us however the bathroom was very tired looking and wasn’t that clean. Staff were friendly but not only helpful with free maps of the city, recommendations or directions to their dinning area. It is little things like this which would make me rate the hotel 5 stars. Otherwise this hotel is worth the money, great for families and ideally located. "

"We loved the hotel, but it seemed like they had a problem with their septic at the Duke’s Residence. Luckily we were on the 3 rd floor, where the smell was not as bad. Once they get that straightened out, we would probably give it 5 stars!"
