"We were kept up all night by noisy neighbors (residents) who had a part next to our bedroom. Although staff tried to help things did not improve. Not wanting to risk this happening again we felt forced to move to a different location, despite having only used 1 of our 5 nights rental. We were not compensated for this in any way and management failed to reach out to us, even though we’ve made at least 5 attempts to contact them. Don’t go there. Location not good either"

"My stay has been excellent. I just wish they would make wifi and getting fixed quicker because I spent my whole stay without the wifi getting fixed. The staff are however super friendly, kind and extremely helpful"

"This property was really nice! The staff was super friendly and helpful and it has great onsite amenities such as a day spa, pool, and pretty decent dining. The area around is a little sketchy but Durban is on the more developing side of living."

"They have a rat problem and way too noisy in the evening. They rates ate the power cable that caused all the plugs to be down in the room. The hotels drinks were worse than buying a drink in the UK. Do not recommended to my worst enemy."

"What a lovely experience. Fairway Guesthouse was sublimely superb. As a location with an absolutely stunning view of the golf course overlooking the sea and Durban cityscapes, as well as the absolutely wonderful friendly service, that simply made us feel home away from home. "Poor condition! Fell down the stairs no signs slippery when wet, they did not even dry up the staircase in the morning after it rained. Bathroom moldy and shoddy, curtains not even hung up properly, curtains dirty. We were not even warned about load shedding when we arrived so were not prepared ahead of time. False advertising as it says breakfast patio… no such thing!!! "
