"Checking in was quick all staff were very friendly nothing was too much trouble. Our room was very clean. Staff were very helpful with directions we needed. We would stay here again as it was very quiet happy to recommend"
"Having lived near TW until last year, we were visiting friends locally, and as we had our wedding reception at the Spa 25 years ago last week, we decided to stay for our 2 nights in the area. Check in was easy, and we were allocated room 104, a twin room. "This true Kentish pub is fabulous, the accommodation is comfortable and clean, the staff are welcoming friendly and helpful. The menu is varied and food is great. A pleasure to visit this historic pub."

The restaurant was closed so we had to use one 400 metres away in an adjacent building"

Both mornings, I had to go and find staff to stock the table up and provide glasses for the orange juice. Staff are either inadequately trained or just not copying well.
The coffee...
