"I had an excellent stay at this property. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff were friendly, helpful, and professional. The facilities were great, including the air conditioning, and everything met my expectations. The overall experience was wonderful, and I was very satisfied with the service and cleanliness. I highly recommend this property to other travelers and would definitely consider staying here again."

"Wifi is an issue for the building and it wasn’t stable At all ."

"I have been traveling for many weeks and came to Giza to see the sights and relax. Giza is an older city, well populated, busy and noisy. The hotel was more than perfect. It was extremely clean and the room was just like the pics. I had an amazing view of the pyramids from my room and balcony. What sets this hotel apart from others is the staff. Not only very warm and welcoming but seemed to really care about me. The first night I arrived (8-9 pm) they brought in local food and we all ate,...

"الخدمة جيدة ولكن رائحة التواليت والحمام كريهة"

"Hôtel très bien placé avec superbe vue sur les pyramides. Très propre, personnel très aimable et nos compliments adressés au chef cuisinier : des plats simples mais réalisés à la perfection Une piscine chaude très agréable , mais juste une remarque: pas de rampe et une première marche très haute : attention !"

"I had a wonderful experience staying here! The rooms were very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help with anything we needed. Their professionalism, kindness, and excellent customer service made our stay even more enjoyable. Everyone went above and beyond to make sure we felt comfortable and taken care of. The atmosphere was great, and the hospitality was outstanding. I truly appreciate the amazing service and would...

"I really enjoyed my stay there, it was very clean, bed and the billows were very comfortable. Very nice, helpful guys at the reception Abdullahrahman, Ahmed and the smiling guy I can't remember his name, the young man Ali, I don't think I ever met nicer hotel reception staff. The air-conditioning was excellent. There is close by mall called Arabella Mall it has greater restaurant and shops. No where is too far with value for money Uber or InDrive never use cash it's less headache."

"The building and furniture were very old and outdated, and the towels were in terrible condition. Overall, the experience was disappointing, and I would not recommend staying at this hotel."

"We had a 4:00 am arrival and the staff was very accommodating with arranging an airport pickup and easy check in. Breakfast started at 7:00 am but they had food available at anytime from the restaurant/room service which was nice. Breakfast had a variety of items from traditional Egyptian breakfast, to pastries, yogurt, fruit, and cereal. Our group of 5, had 3 rooms and all were clean. The staff were friendly and also were able to exchange money for us which was very helpful! The views of the...

"The suite was amazing with wonderful views and very spacious. All the staff treated us very well, especially Islam at check in and Mohammed, who is in charge of the housekeeping. Would definitely recommend a stay here."

"Not a great start. Had to wait 50 mins at airport for pickup then when we arrived after 10pm we were informed our panoramic view room wasn’t available until the next day. Instead, they placed us in a small windowless box room. To compound matters, next morning I discovered they lied about the reason. My room was not unavailable because of electrical problems as stated, instead it was double booked. They refused to refund me the difference and instead offered me a free cheap kebab for lunch. On...
