"The receptionist was very helpful. The place and surrounding is not what i expect... soap dispenser not working and the room was not inviting... just good to sleep it was small , layout and furniture did not meet out expectation. Still far walking distance from the main attraction."

I did have an issue with the key/code system during my stay, which was a little frustrating, but the staff were extremely helpful and did their best to resolve it quickly. "The building is clean and the unit was very nicely decorated, simple but functional. All facilities works well without issues. Showers good pressure. AC works really well when needed. Kitchen was well stock with necessary tools to do some light cooking. We did not do any full meal since we ate out each day. We are on holiday so the heavy lifting will have to go to the hosts.
The area is typical Lisboa based on what we seen walking around so no issues here.
