We had a wonderful stay at White Shell Beach Villas in the Algarve! It was the perfect place for our family, especially with our 2.5 year old, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Absolutely beautiful property! Deserta suite was beautiful and spacious! Views were amazing! Staff was friendly and helpful. Paid for suite with breakfast included and it was well worth it…so many delicious options. Not a lot of restaurants nearby, maybe 4 or 5 walkable, but local taxis are very reasonable (Uber is also significantly less than in US) and easy to get quickly. Lovely, quiet, relaxing area.

Front desk manager was extremely friendly and helpful. We are English speaking and there was no language barrier. Breakfast was wonderful. We ate dinner's at a lovely off-site place on the beach with views of the ocean.

This was one of our favorite places that we stayed in Portugal. Placid Village was located in a quiet area, but only a 15 minute walk to the restaurants and beaches in town. Going back to the hotel was an uphill walk, but not too bad if you are in decent shape. In the evening we did Uber back. Did not cost much at all to Uber. We loved our stay at Hotel Alisios. It was in a very convenient location and parking was easy. The breakfast was great. The front desk staff were very friendly, kind, and helpful. It's also along the beach which is convenient and beautiful. Room shower water pressure and temperature were very good.

We stayed a quick 3 days and had a blast. Everyone was super friendly and inviting, breakfast was awesome, quick walk to the beach and a number of great restaurants, plus we were super excited for one of the better small hotel gyms we've been in - if your hotel has barbells and weights over 20kg, they're doing something right :) We'll certainly be recommending Lagos Atlantic to others and will hopefully be back in the future for more than just a few days!

Honestly our favorite hotel of our honeymoon! They have an excellent location, on-site parking and is walking distance to everything you need. Staff were friendly, breakfast is amazing and the pool (with bar) was to die for. Would love the opportunity to stay here again!
