"Very Disappointing Experience 👎
The only positive aspect of our stay was the comfortable bed. Everything else was disappointing, especially the breakfast.
By 9:00 a.m., there was no cheese or ham left, the selection was extremely limited, and there were no plant-based milk alternatives. The fruit looked old and wrinkled, the eggs tasted unpleasant, and the next morning, only cold, hard-boiled eggs were available.
The breakfast staff did not understand English and were frequently absent,...
"Lovely staff who couldn't do enough for us. Food great quality with a generous breakfast. The pool was fantastic to cool off because the weather was so warm. Less than five minute walk and you were on the lake, close to lots of restaurants. My only criticism would be inconsistent rules at the pool. One day served ice cream at the pool and the next told we couldn't eat ice cream at the pool. Overall an excellent stay."
"Incredible hotel and location, Room was clean and had everything we needed. Staff were the highlight of the stay, everyone is incredibly welcoming and friendly, went above and beyond for our stay including an out of hours sandwich being made even though kitchen was closed due to our late arrival. Breakfast was tasty and included a large selection. Sadly due to our timings we were unable to experience the SPA but we will be returning for this."
"Great location with an easy 20 minute walk into Iseo. The facilities such as the pool are very good and everything is very clean. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The hotel felt a little dated, as said in other reviews. Also some additional charges such as an omelette with breakfast or a second pool towel seemed unnecessary.
Overall though a lovely stay and would recommend."
"Olin kahden lapseni kanssa 11 v j a 12 v Harmony Hotellissa viikon ajan maaliskuussa.
"Amazing views. We had an incredible experience. It is very serene. Their restaurant is also very nice. We had one of the best dinners of our trip there. Highly recommend staying and eating there."
