"The location near the Southern Cross Station and the trams was perfect. Very handy. We had a great room, quiet roomy and well appointed. And cost was reasonable and I will be recommending this Hotel to all my friends."

"Staff really helpful. We did find it a challenging stay though due to the shower. There were three of us, including a toddler, for each shower it took up to five minutes for the water to get hot. Would not usually care, but paid for a good hotel and this was under par."

"Nice hotel, good breakfast, friendly staff. No complaints."

"Really nice hotel with a nice pool, sauna and jacuzzi. Great location."

"Perfect location for our pre honeymoon flight. Room was clean, staff were amazing and breakfast was perfect."
