"The staff were extremely nice, and they double check the cleanliness and status of your room after turnover by the cleaning staff. They made a large effort to have the room ready for an earlier check-in. The room itself was very clean (and the bathroom products smell great). The hotel is situated next to the international tennis hall of fame and is a short walk to downtown, or you can take a slightly longer stroll and head toward the cliff walk/mansions! "

"We had a truly enjoyable stay! The staff was warm, engaging, and genuine. Every interaction felt sincere, and it was a pleasure speaking with them. The room was clean, the bed very comfortable, and the overall atmosphere welcoming. The only real challenge we had was finding our room. The hotel layout is a bit confusing, possibly due to past renovations. We were given a pamphlet with instructions, but it didn’t clearly explain how to get to our room or mention any shortcuts. It took us about 15 minutes to locate it, and we weren’t alone. We met six other guests during check-in who were also in town for their children’s graduation. Later, we ran into them on the second floor, and they were still trying to find their rooms. We had to call the front desk for help, and someone came quickly, which we really appreciated. When my husband and I returned from our event later that evening, we ran into Josiah, the maintenance technician, outside. He kindly offered to help us find our room and walked us through with professionalism and care. Josiah was a standout genuine, helpful, and dedicated. You’re lucky to have him on your team.. This isn’t a complaint just a kind suggestion. Clearer instructions in the pamphlet and a little more direction training would go a long way. The staff was fantastic, and we truly appreciated the hospitality. Julissa Rivera "
