"What can I say? Everything perfect - nothing to add. A highlight is definitely the spa area and also the salt water pools. Also, the dinner was the best dinner I have ever had in Germany."

"Great hotel very clean, spacious rooms, comfortable bed. Friendly stuff. Good food, tasty but Menu is short. Unfortunately nobody from staff speak english , even on the reception. No english menu. Therme which was included to the room price, is open till 20:30, at least that what was written, however I have tried to go at 19:30, and the door to Therme was closed.As they are claiming this is a four star hotel, they shall put more efforts for international customers."

"sehr gute und zentrale Lage in Eisenach. Parkplatz wahlweise im Hof oder Tiefgarage möglich. Frühstücksbuffet trotz Corona-Auflagen sehr gute und grosse Auswahl. Gerne wieder...."
