"Great hotel very clean, spacious rooms, comfortable bed. Friendly stuff. Good food, tasty but Menu is short. Unfortunately nobody from staff speak english , even on the reception. No english menu. Therme which was included to the room price, is open till 20:30, at least that what was written, however I have tried to go at 19:30, and the door to Therme was closed.As they are claiming this is a four star hotel, they shall put more efforts for international customers."

"Vi havde et dejligt kort ophold på to dage her på dette lille hyggelige familiedrevet hotel. Vi boede i en af deres lejligheder og den var meget velholdt og ren, lige pånær opvaskemaskinen som ikke virkede. Den ligger i dejlige omgivelser og ikke langt fra Harz naturpark og andre spændende steder man kan besøge. Personalet er utrolig søde og hjælpsomme og de serverer dejlig morgenmad og aftenmad på hotellet til fair priser. Deres pool og spa område kan også varmt anbefales. Vi kommer gerne...
