If you want coffee in the morning you can go downstairs and utilise the machine in the dining area. Staff were friendly. The parking is located in a busy garage across the street - so could be a challenge during peak hours! We got lucky though.
I would happily stay again to explore more of Ulm. We were there during the river festival so I highly recommend visiting then and seeing the...
"The breakfast buffet was exceptional. Friendly helpful kitchen staff and a full spread of healthy and fresh options. Our family was quite impressed.

"The AC was not working in my room. The Hotel did warn us about it before arrival. The service was standard. We had an incident where housekeeping knocked on my door in three different occasions before check out even though it was way before check out time. Overall, this is an ok option in the area."
