"This hotel is behind a gate with armed guards. You can’t go outside because there’s no place to go. The pool area was off limits. Only place you could go to was lobby - which was stark and simply had seatings. Breakfast was alright if you like seine cold fried egg and mystery meat. Airport shuttle was provided by 3 young guys who were all drinking beer as they drove me to hotel. While hotel staff quite friendly - the property was dirty and carpet had stains throughout. The hotel is only minutes...

"The hotel is very clean, quiet and safe. The hotel is close to the airport. I needed to go back to the city and the commute back to the city takes time since this area where the hotel is located is a bit away from the city. If you have your own transportation arrangements, this should be okay."

"This was the best hotel we stayed at in our month long trip in Madagascar. We were either jet lagged, or about to travel whenever we were in Tana and this hotel was comfortable and easy. It is at the top of the hill with a nice view and a rooftop bar. There are a few bars and restaurants in walking distance as well. Their prices are a bit high, so we walked next door for breakfast and went out for dinner. But wow, to have a nice shower and wifi is incredible."

"The hotel is in an excellent location with many banks and restaurants in the vicinity. It was also very handy yo have a taxi rank outside the hotel which made getting about very easy. The hotel staff were all very friendly and professional and I felt they did everything to make my stay as comfortable as possible. We stayed in a suite which was large and had a good sized bathroom with large bathtub and separate walk in shower. The normal bathroom toiletries were provided. The room was cleaned...
