"I LOVED our room. It was on the top floor and had two balconies. It was literally over the fjord and we had the perfect view of the Bryggen Wharf. The bed was super soft and cushy. The rooms all had little portals where the stars could shine in and you could open them. It had 1.5 baths and the open area was like a huge party room with a large blue tooth speaker. The breakfast buffet was outstanding and the even offer vitamins! The staff was so nice and really helpful too."
"The hotel was a little less basic than I had thought. The restaurant was only open for breakfast (no dinner service) but there was a good choice. The room was smaller than I'm used to, the car park was at the rear of the hotel behind a barrier that could only be accessed with a fob from reception. Handy location for the main harbour area and next to the historic castle."
"Nothing exceptional about this hotel except the location is decent. The room was about 80 degrees Fahrenheit No air conditioning. Window open a little bit but subject you to street noise. The pillows are so deplete of filling that they are practically useless. A king bed has two of these which even when combined offer little head support. There are also two other huge pillows that are about 4 feet square and bot 2+ feet high Can’t use them for anything. The towels are scratchy and...
"Full Breakfast fantastic with lots of variety and a taste of Norwegian food also. The window in our particular room was unable to open by design So perhaps request you don't have that. We had to live out of our suitcases as no drawers or shelf to put anything on. For 3 days that's okay. The stuff were amazing and you could not have a better location. I would stay there again. I'm going to post"
"This was a huge unexpected surprise! We flew in a few days early to Bergen as we were cruising from this port. When we booked this hotel I did not know afternoon tea and a light dinner were included. The breakfast was fantastic, tea was wonderful and the snacks were a welcome treat, but the "light dinner" was a true meal! No need to eat out.
Also, when we checked in we were upgraded to a suite! This was amazing. The room had a living room, large table, separate bedroom. and 1.5 bathrooms....
